Mission
Most software is built for the biggest markets — the ones with the clearest paths to venture scale. That leaves entire industries running on workarounds: spreadsheets, decade-old legacy systems, and workflows that nobody has bothered to modernize because the market isn't large enough to attract well-funded competitors.
VentureWorxs was founded on the premise that these markets deserve better. We research underserved verticals, validate genuine pain points, and build focused software companies designed to serve those markets with the same quality and care that enterprise customers take for granted.
Each venture in our portfolio is purpose-built for a specific market — not a pivot, not a generic platform stretched to fit. We move deliberately, stay close to the customer, and build to last.

Sam founded VentureWorxs to systematize the process of building software businesses in overlooked markets. With a background spanning software product development, compliance infrastructure, and business operations, Sam leads the studio's venture identification, product strategy, and portfolio oversight. VentureWorxs and its portfolio companies are headquartered in Wyoming and operate fully remotely.
Structure
VentureWorxs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Each venture in the portfolio is developed as a standalone business with its own brand identity, customer base, and go-to-market strategy. Shared infrastructure — compliance tooling, developer platforms, and operational systems — is provided across ventures to accelerate time-to-market while maintaining independence between portfolio companies.
